* Monitor and supervise event setup, installation, and decoration.

* Check production quality and ensure all work meets project requirements. * Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, and contractors.

* Identify and solve on-site problems efficiently.

* Follow up on production progress and ensure timely completion.

* Check production materials and equipment before and after events.

* Coordinate transportation, installation, and dismantling of event materials.

* Prepare basic documents, checklists, and reports.

* Good communication and coordination skills.

* Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

* Basic computer skills, especially Microsoft Word and Excel.

* Responsible, proactive, and willing to learn.

* Previous event production experience is an advantage.
