Job Description

• This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing software company, currently expanding.
• Tara Aung Company is looking for a number of Software Service Specialist who has an appetite to be part of a fast-growing business and is keen to progress further with their careers.
• Key areas of responsibility will be to support and train our users to be familiar with our software products.

• Give Technical Support and resolve customer issues systematically online and on site
• Train customers to be good at using our software products
• Able to do software demos online and on site effectively
• Must pay great attention to detail and troubleshooting skills
• Great communication and interpersonal skills and happy to work in a small team or solo and collaboratively with developers and customers
• A drive for quality and the ability to find bugs at testing stage
• Minimum bachelor’s degree
