Purpose of Job
IT Executive (Business Data Analyst) position is responsible for generating business data analytics and reports from a variety of data sources using BI tools, scripts and queries for decision making.
The candidate will liaise with key stakeholders of the group’s business units, external consultants and system vendors to achieve expected results.
Job Description
• Gather data from variety of sources including ERPs, electronic health systems, spreadsheets, and other internal and external sources
• Prepare, filter, clean and validate data for generating analytical reports
• Prepare reports using BI tools, spreadsheets scripts, database queries and built-in reporting tools
• Gather requirements from stakeholders and external consultants
• Identify, analyze, and interpret data trends and patterns
• Present reports to management and other stakeholders
• Maintain good working relationships with internal and external clients
• Any ad-hoc tasks as required and assigned by management

Job Requirements
• A Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in a related field
• Minimum 3-year experience in data analysis, report preparation and scripting
• Working knowledge and experience in MS Excel, Google Sheets, SQL, SAP and Odoo ERP, Power BI, Google Looker Studio, Generative AI
• Strong visual presentation and technical writing skills
• Strong communication, interpersonal skills, facilitation skills and presentation skills
• Ability to communicate effectively and visually with internal and external clients and vendors
• Strong organizing skills, project management skills, and ability to prioritize and work under pressure and time constraints
