A Big Opportunity for ...

Maintaining and preparing records of all machinery and (Spare Parts).
Checking whether quantities match and recording/documenting machinery and machinery-related items purchased by Purchasing.
Record and document withdrawals of machinery and machinery parts in accordance with the Store's Process.
Entering inventory data to keep incoming/outgoing stock records up to date.
Systematically maintaining items by type in the Store Area, ensuring cleanliness and neatness, and sending damage lists to the Admin Department for documentation.
Checking Ground Stock weekly and monthly to ensure accuracy of Store Balances, then preparing and submitting Reports.
Submitting requests to the Manager/Department Head for required machinery and spare parts based on the Store Balance, and executing Purchase Order Processes for reordering and stock maintenance.

Ability to proficiently use Microsoft Office programs.
