  • Manage all warehouse operation for nationwide ( Yangon, Mandalay and Napypyitaw )
  • Supervising warehouse supervisor, staff and daily activities

  • Manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching goods.

  • Ensure accurate inventory records and maintain proper stock control.

  • Conduct regular physical stock counts and investigate stock discrepancies.

  • Supervise, train, and evaluate warehouse staff to ensure productivity and efficiency.

  • Ensure proper storage, handling, and preservation of goods according to company procedures.

  • Coordinate with purchasing, sales, logistics, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.

  • Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment to prevent shortages and overstocking.

  • Ensure warehouse safety, cleanliness, security, and compliance with company policies.

  • Prepare and submit warehouse reports, including inventory, stock movement, and operational performance.

  • Identify opportunities to improve warehouse efficiency, optimize storage space, and control operating costs.

  • At least 10 years of  Experience in the Warehouse Mangement.
  • Graduated or Degree in management, logistics or a related field preferred
  • Previous experience as a warehouse manager or a similar management position
  • Strong working knowledge of warehouse operations and management.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry software
  • Problem-solving skills.
