-Interior & Fit-out Project များအတွက် Structural Design, Calculation နှင့် Drawing များ ပြုလုပ်ရမည်

-RCC, Steel Structure, Partition, Mezzanine Floor စသည့် Structure များကို Safety Standard နှင့် Design Code အညီ ဒီဇိုင်းရေးဆွဲရမည်

-Architect, Interior Designer, M&E Engineer များနှင့် Design Coordination လုပ်ဆောင်ရမည်

-Construction Site သို့ သွားရောက်စစ်ဆေးပြီး Technical Support ပေးရမည်

-Structural Drawing, Calculation Sheet နှင့် BOQ Supporting Documents များ ပြင်ဆင်ရေးဆွဲရမည်

-Client Requirement နှင့် Authority Requirement များအပေါ် မူတည်၍ Design များကို ပြောင်းလဲညှိနှိုင်းရမည်

-Project Timeline နှင့် Quality Standard များကို လိုက်နာပြီး အလုပ်လုပ်ရမည်

လိုအပ်သောအရည်အချင်း

-Civil Engineering သို့မဟုတ် Structural Engineering ဘွဲ့ ရရှိထားသူ

-Structural Design အတွေ့အကြုံ (၂–၅ နှစ်) ရှိသူ (Interior / Fit-out Project အတွေ့အကြုံရှိလျှင် ပိုကောင်း)

-AutoCAD, ETABS, SAFE, SAP2000 စသည့် Software များ အသုံးပြုနိုင်ရမည်

-Myanmar & International Design Codes (ACI, BS, Eurocode စသည်) ကို အခြေခံနားလည်ထားရမည်

-Drawing Reading နှင့် Site Coordination လုပ်နိုင်ရမည်

-Communication Skill ကောင်းမွန်ပြီး Teamwork လုပ်နိုင်သူ

-Deadline အတွင်း Pressure အောက်မှာ အလုပ်လုပ်နိုင်သူ

-Site သွားလာနိုင်သူဖြစ်ရမည်။
