A Big Opportunity for ...

  • Prepare structural design, calculations, and drawings for interior & fit-out projects.

  • Design RCC, steel structures, partitions, mezzanine floors, and other structural elements in compliance with safety standards and relevant design codes.

  • Coordinate designs with Architects, Interior Designers, and M&E Engineers.

  • Conduct site inspections and provide technical support during construction.

  • Prepare and revise structural drawings, calculation sheets, and BOQ supporting documents.

  • Revise and adjust designs in accordance with client requirements and authority regulations.

  • Work in compliance with project timelines and quality standards.

လိုအပ်သောအရည်အချင်း

  • Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering.

  • Have 2–5 years of experience in structural design (experience in interior / fit-out projects will be an advantage).

  • Proficient in using AutoCAD, ETABS, SAFE, SAP2000, and related software.

  • Have a basic understanding of Myanmar and international design codes (such as ACI, BS, Eurocode, etc.).

  • Able to read drawings and perform site coordination.

  • Possess good communication skills and be able to work effectively in a team environment.

  • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

  • Willing and able to travel to construction sites.
