The Tour Operation Manager (Outbound) will be responsible for

  • Overseeing day-to-day tour operations, managing tour guides and staff.
  • Coordinating with travel partners, and ensuring the smooth execution of tours.
  • The Manager will be involved in designing tour packages, handling customer inquiries, and optimizing tour logistics.

  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Must have over 3+ years experience in related field.
  • Experience in tour operations and management
  • Knowledge of tourism industry trends and market insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Fluency in English and local language. 
  • Experience working with international DMCs.
  • Overseas travelling experience is a must.
  • Bachelor's degree in Tourism Management or related field.
