An Exciting Opportunity for ...

Manage the entire vendor management life cycle including sourcing, onboarding, monitoring, and evaluation.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and SLAs for favorable terms and service delivery.
Check in with vendors on a regular basis and liaise with the internal team in order to coordinate or resolve issues.
Communicate professionally and effectively with vendors and staff through email and formal letters for all vendor related matters.
Track and evaluate vendor performance against KPIs and approve vendor compliance with all contract obligations.
Conduct spot checks of vendor sites and compliance audits against operational and quality standards.
Look for process improvement opportunities, cost savings, and enhancements to service.
Maintain an accurate and up-to-date vendor location spreadsheet that includes contracts, service offerings, and additional points of contact.

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Operations, or a related field.
2–5 years of experience in outsourcing, vendor management, procurement, or related functions.
Strong knowledge of contract management and SLA enforcement.
Experience in BPO, IT services, or manufacturing industries is an advantage.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and vendor management tools.
Fluent in English and able to communicate in Chinese (speaking and reading preferred).
Willingness to travel frequently for vendor meetings, audits, and operational coordination.
Skilled in influencing and maintaining strong relationships with vendors.
Able to evaluate performance metrics, cost analysis, and vendor risk factors.
Ensures accuracy and completeness in all documentation and reports.
Strong ability to resolve vendor-related issues effectively.
Ability to communicate effectively with Chinese-speaking vendors.
Excellent written communication skills for professional correspondence.
Comfortable with frequent travel and dynamic work environments.
Works effectively with cross-functional teams.
Ensures transparency, fairness, and integrity in all vendor dealings.
