•    Utilize CapCut Pro for fast-paced, trendy, and engaging social media-first short-form edits.
•    Perform Color Grading and Color Correction to maintain brand visual consistency and cinematic look across all tech and outdoor shoots.
•    Design and integrate clean, engaging motion graphics, text-on-screen overlays, subtitles (captions), and branding elements.
•    Execute Sound Design: audio clean-up, background track selection, sound effects (SFX), and precise voiceover synchronization.

Field Production & Cinematography

•    Operate DJI Osmo Pro (and related DJI stabilization/camera gear) to capture stable, high-definition B-roll, project sites, product details, and team operations.
•    Shoot high-quality footage utilizing modern Smartphones (mobile journalism style, dynamic angles, proper lighting, and framing) for rapid social media deployment.
•    Handle on-location lighting setups, wireless microphone setups (audio management), and framing for interviews with engineers, technicians, and clients.

Content Strategy & Creative Collaboration

•    Work closely with the Digital Marketing and Content Teams to brainstorm video concepts, hooks, storylines, and storyboard layouts tailored for the solar and renewable energy sector.
•    Optimize videos based on platform analytics (retention rates, algorithm preferences for TikTok, Reels, and YouTube).
•    Maintain a well-organized digital asset library, raw footage archives, project files, and exported master copies.

Equipment Management & Maintenance

•    Inspect, maintain, and safely store all production assets (cameras, gimbals, mics, lights, hard drives, and tripods).

Professional Experience

•    Minimum 1 to 3 years of proven hands-on experience as a Video Editor or Videographer(experience in tech, engineering, solar, or industrial sectors is a strong advantage).

Technical Software Proficiency

•    Expert-level command of Adobe Premiere Pro (Timeline workflows, keyframing, masking, audio mixing).
•    Expert-level command of CapCut Pro (Quick cuts, trending transition effects, mobile optimization, automated and manual captioning).
•    Basic to intermediate knowledge of Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, or DaVinci Resolve is a major plus.

Hardware & Equipment Expertise

•    Mastery of DJI Osmo Pro / handheld gimbals and professional camera operating principles (shutter speed, ISO, aperture, frame rates).
•    Advanced smartphone videography skills (understanding mobile lighting, framing apps, and stabilizing techniques).
•    Strong technical capability in handling wireless audio equipment (lavalier mics, field recorders).

Industry Understanding & Soft Skills

•    Strong interest or willingness to learn about Solar Energy Systems, Inverters, Batteries, and Electrical Engineering products to accurately present technical specifications visually.
•    Exceptional time-management skills with the ability to handle tight deadlines, multiple projects, and fast-turnaround edits.
•    Strong communication skills, proactive problem-solving mindset, and a collaborative team player.
