• Edit raw footage into engaging videos for social media, advertising, events, and long-form content.

• Add graphics, titles, sound effects, and music to enhance the final product.

• Collaborate with the creative team, videographers, and scriptwriters to understand project objectives.

• Color correct, color grade, and ensure overall visual consistency.

• Optimize video content for different platforms (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, web, etc.).

• Maintain an organized file system for video assets and project files.

• Stay updated with editing trends, transitions, effects, and platform-specific styles.

• Deliver final outputs within deadlines and quality standards.

• Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media, Communications, or related field (preferred).

• Relevant certifications in video editing or motion graphics (optional but beneficial).

Skills & Experience

• 2–5 years of experience in video editing or related fields.

• Proficiency with editing software such as:

  • Adobe Premiere Pro

  • Final Cut Pro

  • DaVinci Resolve

  • After Effects (bonus)

• Strong understanding of pacing, audio mixing, visual storytelling, and transitions.

• Experience with color grading and audio enhancement.

• Familiarity with social media content formats and aspect ratios.

• Basic knowledge of motion graphics is a plus.
