A Great Opportunity for ...

  • Monitor daily DMS transactions (Sales Orders, Invoices, Returns, Stock Transfers)
  • Monitor daily sales performance and ensure compliance with the approved route plan
  • Maintain and update distributor master data (SKU, pricing, customer list).
  • Ensure accurate stock movement and warehouse balance quantity in the system.
  • Support sales team in route plan, visit data, and order processing.
  • Coordinate with distributors regarding system issues.
  • Generate daily and weekly operational reports (Sales, Stock, DTR) via DMS.
  • Provide support for sales data analysis and fulfil ad hoc reporting requirements from direct supervisor when required.
  • Pro'/ide basic DMS training to distributors and sales team.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly reports

လိုအပ်သောအရည်အချင်း

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, or related field.
  • 2+ years' experience in DMS/ERP/Sales system.
  • Strong Excel skills advanced functions, Pivot Tables, reporting).
  • Knowledge of Power BI is highly preferred.
  • Good understanding of sales & distribution processes.
  • Detail oriented, analytical, and well organized.
