•    Plan and execute video shoots for company projects and campaigns 
•    Operate cameras, lighting, gimbals, microphones, and other production equipment 
•    Capture high-quality footage for advertisements, interviews, events, products, and social media content 
•    Work closely with marketing and creative teams to develop content ideas 
•    Handle basic directing during shoots, including scene composition and camera movement 
•    Edit videos for Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Instagram Reels, and advertisements 
•    Perform color correction, audio cleanup, subtitle insertion, and basic motion graphics 
•    Organize and maintain video equipment and media files 
•    Ensure content aligns with the company’s branding and marketing strategy 
•    Stay updated with current video production trends and social media styles in Myanmar
 

• Bachelor of degree or related diploma /certificate in media ,Film ,Marketing or related fields 
• Minimum 4 Yeras experience in related fields 
• Proven experience in videography and video production 
• Strong knowledge of camera operations, framing, lighting, and audio recording 
• Experience using DSLR/Mirrorless cameras, gimbals, and lighting setups 
• Creative storytelling and cinematic shooting skills 
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and flexible schedules 
• Experience in commercial, agency, or social media production 
• Photography skills are a plus 
• Understanding of TikTok/Reels/Shorts content trends 
• Knowledge of branding and marketing content creation
• Adobe Premier,Adobe After Effects, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Davinci Resolve, Capcut.
