✔️ Manage the receiving, storage, transportation, and distribution of materials
✔️ Manage warehouse staff to ensure their safety and to ensure all operations are carried out safely and efficiently.
✔️ Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient warehouse operations and improve overall operational performance.
✔️ Coordinate with relevant departments to arrange purchased goods properly and ensure timely delivery of products from the warehouse.
✔️ Check stock balances, instruct responsible staff when discrepancies are found, and perform stock allocation
✔️ Monthly or weekly reports of damage, issues, returns, and transaction records to the Audit, Accounts, and Management departments via email.
✔️ Review the purchase price lists before submitting them to the Finance & Account Department and provide the monthly closing inventory amounts.

✔️ Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
✔️ Minimum 3–5 years of experience in warehouse management or a related field.
✔️ Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, and stock management.
✔️ Good leadership and team management skills.
✔️ Ability to manage warehouse staff and daily operations effectively.
✔️ Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
✔️ Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
