  • Spare parts received from suppliers must be accurately checked against the Purchase Order (PO).
  • Incoming and outgoing stock records must be recorded accurately and systematically.
  • Orders assigned by the Supervisor must be arranged and processed accordingly.
  • The quantity and quality of received items must be inspected upon delivery.
  • Daily and monthly inventory stock balances must be checked and reported.
  • Must be able to inspect and monitor the warehouse area environment on a daily basis.
  • Must responsibly carry out duties assigned by supervisors or management.
  • Store items must be maintained neatly and cleanly in accordance with the 5S system.

  • Must have passed high school or possess any degree qualification
  • Must have at least 1 to 3 years of experience as a Store Keeper
  • Must be able to use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) proficiently at a basic level
  • Must be systematic, organized, and responsible in work performance
  • Experience in transportation or manufacturing industries will be an advantage
