Store Assistant is responsible for delivering excellent customer service, supervising daily service operations, and supporting the team to ensure smooth and efficient service.

  • Prepare purchase orders (PO) and submit them for approval.
  • Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of purchased items.
  • Maintain proper documentation for purchase orders, invoices, delivery notes, and stock records.
  • Maintain supplier records and build good relationships with vendors.
  • Inspect items to ensure they’re not damaged or faulty.
  • Maintain a safe and clean work space and environment.
  • Maintains accurate and current information on the daily route sheet.

  • High School Graduate or Diploma in logistic and supply chain management.
  • 1–2years experience in procurement, storekeeping, or sourcing for interior / construction materials.
  • Knowledge of interior materials, furniture, and finishing products is an advantage.
