  • Inspect incoming footwear shipments to ensure product quality, correct specifications, and packaging standards.
  • Identify and report damaged, defective, or incorrect products.
  • Ensure proper handling and storage conditions to maintain shoe quality.
  • Implement quality control procedures during receiving, storage, and dispatch processes.
  • Monitor stock conditions to prevent damage, moisture exposure, or deterioration.
  • Ensure footwear products are stored properly to prevent deformation, discoloration, or damage.
  • Monitor temperature, humidity, and stacking methods where required.
  • Ensure packaging integrity during storage and distribution
  • Verify that products sent to stores meet quality and packaging standards.
  •  Coordinate with logistics and retail teams regarding stock quality and availability.

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • 3–5 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations.
  • Experience in retail, footwear, or FMCG industry is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of inventory management and warehouse operations.
  • Good understanding of stock control and logistics processes.
  • Ability to supervise and manage warehouse staff.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
