  • Accurately log GRNs (Goods Received Notes), Stock Transfers, Returns, Adjustments, and Stock Movements.
  • Perform daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliations between physical warehouse stock and system stock, reporting any discrepancies.
  • Conduct stock counts and investigate inventory variances.
  • Prepare and submit reports on near-expiry, expired, and slow-moving items.
  • Prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.
  • Systematically maintain stock ledgers, stock cards, and inventory records.

လိုအပ်သောအရည်အချင်း

  • Graduate / University degree holder.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Inventory Management, Stock Control, or Retail Inventory.
  • Proficient in using accounting Excel formats.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong analytical thinking and reporting skills.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM (Monday to Saturday)
  • Off Days: Sundays and Public Holidays
