An Exciting Opportunity for ...

Manage day-to-day fertilizer warehouse operations, including receiving, unloading, stacking, storage, bagging/repacking, and dispatch.
Coordinate with 3rd-party (stakeholder) warehouse providers, transporters, surveyors, and internal teams to ensure smooth cargo handling.
Monitor inventory quantity, stock movement, warehouse capacity, and stock reconciliation on regular basis.
Ensure proper warehouse management, stock control, documentation, and record keeping in line with company procedures.
Monitor cargo receiving and delivery activities and ensure proper quantity and quality checks are completed.
Maintain proper storage, stacking, labeling, housekeeping, and safety standards for fertilizer products.
Coordinate warehouse planning based on incoming vessels/cargo, customer deliveries, and available storage capacity.
Ensure compliance with Warehouse SOP, audit requirements, internal controls, and safety procedures.
Conduct regular stock checks and physical inventory reconciliation, and report any discrepancies, damages, shortages, or operational issues.
Prepare and maintain warehouse reports, including daily stock balance, inbound/outbound movement, warehouse utilization, and inventory reconciliation.
Identify operational risks and take timely corrective actions to minimize cargo loss, stock discrepancies, storage costs, and operational delays.
Support warehouse cost control and monitor charges related to handling, storage, bagging, loading/unloading, and other warehouse services.
Work closely with Supply Chain, Procurement, Sales, Finance, and Logistics teams to ensure efficient end-to-end fertilizer warehouse operations.
Support internal and external warehouse audits and ensure all required documents and controls are properly maintained.

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
Professional certifications in Warehouse Management, Logistics, or Supply Chain are an advantage.
3–5 years of experience in warehouse operations, preferably in fertilizer, agricultural products, chemicals, FMCG, or commodity trading.
Experience managing receiving, unloading, stacking, storage, bagging/repacking, loading, and dispatch operations.
Experience coordinating with 3rd-party warehouses, transporters, surveyors, and logistics service providers.
Strong knowledge of warehouse management and inventory control principles.
Good understanding of fertilizer storage, stacking, labeling, handling, and product quality requirements.
