1. Warehouse Operations Management
o Supervise daily warehouse activities such as receiving, picking, packing, and
dispatching goods.
o Ensure all products are stored properly and safely in designated areas.
o Maintain cleanliness, order, and safety standards throughout the warehouse.
2. Inventory Control
o Monitor stock levels and ensure accurate inventory records in the system.
o Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.
o Coordinate with the procurement and sales teams to manage stock
replenishment.
3. Team Leadership
o Lead, train, and motivate warehouse staff to achieve performance targets.
o Assign work schedules and monitor staff productivity.
o Promote teamwork, safety, and discipline within the warehouse.
4. Process Improvement
o Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for warehouse
activities.
o Continuously identify and implement improvements to increase efficiency
and reduce costs.
5. Reporting & Compliance
o Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly warehouse performance and inventory
reports.
o Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety, and regulatory
requirements.

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of warehouse or logistics management experience (preferably in wholesale/retail industry).
• Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control processes.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Age Above 30 and good personality
