A Good Opportunity for ..
Daily Water Quality Compliance: Oversee and execute the daily testing, sampling, and monitoring of water parameters across all systems (Underground, Softener, and RO) to ensure they meet manufacturing standards.
System Cleaning & Maintenance: Manage and perform the daily regeneration and cleaning cycles for the soft water system to prevent hardness breakthrough.
RO Membrane Care: Schedule, supervise, and execute routine Clean-In-Place (CIP) chemical cleaning procedures on RO membranes to prevent fouling and maximize lifespan.
Preventive Maintenance (PM): Develop and implement a strict PM schedule for all water-related assets, including deep-well pumps, dosing pumps, pipelines, valves, and filtration media.
Instrumentation & Metering: Regularly inspect, calibrate, and maintain flow meters, pressure gauges, pH/TDS controllers, and water meters to ensure accurate data logging and utility tracking.
24/7 Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of water system operators across both day and night shifts, ensuring full operational coverage and accountability.
Task Allocation & Scheduling: Create daily and weekly shift schedules, assigning clear, specific operational and maintenance tasks to operators based on real-time plant needs.
Troubleshooting & Emergency Response: Act as the primary technical expert to rapidly diagnose and resolve system failures, pipe leaks, or water quality drops to minimize factory downtime.
Inventory & Consumables Management: Track and manage stocks of essential water treatment chemicals (salt, antiscalants, CIP chemicals), filters, and critical spare parts.
Documentation & Reporting: Maintain precise logs of daily water quality metrics, maintenance activities, chemical consumption, and shift handovers for regulatory and internal audits.
