တိုင်ကြားမှု အောင်မြင်ပါသည်

·       To implement agricultural activities of teak/eucalyptus/acacia plants; In addition to giving plans, to take care of the healthy growth of the plants

·       To manage the office and administrative affairs of the plantation

·       To manage plant cultivation and production up to a specified percentage.

·   ကျွန်းပင်/ယူကလစ်/အကေးရှား အပင်များ၏ စိုက်ပျိုးရေးလုပ်ငန်းများပိုင်းဆိုင်ရာ အကောင်အထည်ဖော် ရန်၊ အစီအစဉ်များချပေးရန်အပြင် စိုက်ပင်များကို ကျန်းကျန်းမာမာ ကြီးထွားပြုစုရန်

·        စိုက်ခင်း၏ ရုံးပိုင်းစီမံ အုပ်ချူပ်ရေးရာလုပ်ငန်းများ စီမံဆောင်ရွက်ရန်

·        အပင်စိုက်ပျိုးခြင်းနှင့် ထုတ်လုပ်ခြင်းများကို သတ်မှတ်ထားသော ရာခိုင်နှုန်းမှီအောင်     စီမံအုပ်နိုင်ရန်

·        Must have a degree. (Agriculture degree preferred)

.        Must be between 35 and 45 years of age.

·        Must have more than 5 years of work experience.

·        Must be able to manage about 30 employees well.

·        Must be able to live in a plantation and be abstinent from alcohol.

.        Must be in good health and able to travel.

·        ဘွဲ့တစ်ခုခုရရှိထားသူ ဖြစ်ရပါမည်။ (စိုက်ပျိုးရေးဘွဲ့ရ ဦးစားပေး)

.         အသက် (၃၅ နှင့် ၄၅) ကြားဖြစ်ရပါမည်။

·        လုပ်ငန်းအတွေ့အကြုံ (၅ နှစ်) အထက်ရှိရပါမည်။

·        ဝန်ထမ်းအင်အား ၃၀ ခန့်အား ကောင်းမွန်စွာစီမံခန့်ခွဲနိုင်သူဖြစ်ရပါမည်။

·        စိုက်ခင်းတွင်နေထိုင်နိုင်ပြီး အသောက်အစား ကင်းရှင်းသူဖြစ်ရမည်။

.        ကျန်းမာရေး ကောင်းမွန်၍ ခရီးသွားလာနိုင်သူဖြစ်ရပါမည်။
