The Production Engineer is responsible for overseeing and improving production processes in the manufacturing environment. The role focuses on optimizing productivity, ensuring product quality, reducing downtime, and implementing I efficient manufacturing systems. Plan, coordinate, and monitor production schedules to meet company targets. Analyze production processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure safety. Work closely with maintenance and quality control teams to reduce equipment downtime and improve product standards. Implement and maintain lean manufacturing and continuous improvement strategies (e.g., SS, Kaizen, Six Sigma). Prepare production reports, maintain accurate records, and present findings to senior management. Assist in the design and installation of new equipment or production lines. Ensure all health, safety, and environmental guidelines are followed during production processes. SCADA control, daily payment calculation for workers and record for machine check Iist. Check mixing, packaging, manufacturing conditions and expired date printing. Manage general workers in production line. Comply with all the rules and regulations related to production consistently.
