The   Production  Engineer  is responsible  for  overseeing  and  improving  production processes in the manufacturing environment. The role  focuses   on optimizing productivity, ensuring product quality, reducing  downtime,  and implementing I efficient manufacturing systems.

• Plan, coordinate, and monitor production schedules to meet company targets.
• Analyze production processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure safety.
• Work closely with maintenance and quality control teams to reduce equipment downtime and improve product standards.
• Implement and maintain lean manufacturing and continuous improvement strategies (e.g., SS, Kaizen, Six Sigma).
• Prepare production reports, maintain accurate records, and present findings to senior management.
• Assist in the design and installation of new equipment or production lines.
• Ensure all health, safety, and environmental guidelines are followed during production processes.
• SCADA control, daily payment calculation for workers and record for machine check Iist.
• Check mixing, packaging, manufacturing conditions and expired date printing.
• Manage general workers in production line.
• Comply with all the rules and regulations related to production consistently.

• Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering ,Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience (3-5 years) in a manufacturing or production environment.

• Strong knowledge of production management tools, process optimization, and safety standards

• Excellent  analytical  and problem-solving skills

• Good communication and teamwork abilities.

• Ability to communicate with Thai language is value added.
