  • Manage, analyze, plan the production of rice, corn, and beans in terms of quality,quantity, cost, and production time.
  • Manage, analyze, plan warehouse work, storage, maintenance and distribution.
  • Management, analysis, maintenance, repair and construction of machinery to enable it to be used efficiently
  • Management, analysis of administrative work, purchasing, weighing work
  • Develop human resources, promote the continuous use of new technologies and innovations.
  • Manage and administer occupational health and safety and environment work, factory standard systems, safety, and SS systems.
  • Manage and administer energy work with appropriate energy use.
  • Manage and organize various activities within the factory to ensure orderliness.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned.

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

  • Age 35 years old and above.
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or Agriculture in Post-harvesting.
  • Ability to use Microsoft Office Suite
  • 5 to 10 years working experience as a Factory Manager is required.
  • Seed processing, production technology and cost control skills are required.
  • Ability to speak Thai is value added
  • Must be able to speak in English.
  • Able to drive a car & must have a driving license.
  • Must be able to relocate to job location ( 58th Mile Highway road ).
