  • Check daily cash transactions and stock records (manual & Excel).
  • Prepare monthly closing stock and ground stock balance reports to Factory Manager.
  • Confirm issued raw materials and diesel oil usage with production team.
  • Data entry and checking of daily production material usage.
  • Update daily ledger for finished goods and WIP.
  • Prepare weekly material usage and expense reports.
  • Conduct monthly ground stock checking.
  • Prepare production output reports.
  • Check payment and receipt vouchers with complete supporting documents.
  • Calculate production costing.
  • Monitor and check fixed assets.
