1) Legal Advisory & Preventive Providing legal advice on the preparation of contracts and agreements with partner companies, related to the company or persons related to the company (with obligations and liabilities). Expertise in contract drafting, negotiation, and complaint resolution. Legal protection of the company's interests. Negotiating and resolving disputes with workers (employees). Systematically preparing employment contracts and agreements with organizations under the Ministry of Labor.
