Strategic & Business Management

• Develop and implement short- and long-term business strategies to achieve company goals and growth targets.
• Lead business expansion plans including new branches, agent networks, and digital channels.
• Analyze market trends, competition, and customer demand to optimize services and pricing strategies.

Operational Management

• Supervise daily money exchange and remittance operations to ensure smooth workflow and service excellence.
• Establish and monitor standard operating procedures (SOPs) across all branches.
• Ensure adequate cash flow, liquidity management, and currency stock levels.
• Coordinate with finance and treasury teams for fund management and settlement.

Compliance & Risk Management

• Ensure full compliance with Central Bank of Myanmar (CBM) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML/CFT) regulations.
• Implement and monitor internal controls to prevent fraud and operational risks.
• Liaise with regulators, auditors, and financial institutions for reporting and licensing requirements.

Sales & Marketing

• Drive customer acquisition and retention strategies through promotions and partnerships.
• Develop marketing campaigns to expand market share and increase transaction volume.
• Manage corporate and individual client relationships to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.

Team Leadership

• Lead, train, and motivate the management and operations teams to achieve performance goals.
• Set performance targets and conduct regular staff evaluations.
• Promote teamwork, integrity, and compliance culture across the organization.

Reporting & Analysis

• Prepare and present monthly and quarterly performance reports to the Board or CEO.
• Analyze key business metrics and recommend improvements.
• Oversee budgeting, financial forecasting, and expense control.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration
• Finance, Economics, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Fluent in Myanmar and English (both written & spoken).
• Minimum 8–10 years in financial services, including at least 3–5 years in a senior management role within Money Exchange, Remittance, or Banking sector.
• Proficiency in MS Office & Email (Business Format).
• Strong understanding of money exchange operations, remittance systems, and regulatory frameworks (CBM, AML/CFT).
• Excellent financial and analytical skills.
• Good in Leadership and people management, Business development and negotiation, Strategic planning and decision-making, Communication and stakeholder management.
• High integrity, result-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
• Strong in Customer dealing skills, Persuasion Skills, Technical Skills, Management Skills and Leadership skills.
• Understanding of financial planning concepts, sales principles and customer service practices.
• Can travel local & oversee.
