MGE is employing equipment and services of some well-known international suppliers in glass industry. AGC Ceramics is responsible for designing and building the furnace and forehearths, while China’s Shanghai Precision was awarded the batch plant contract. Forming equipment has been sourced from Bottero and Revimac, while Italian enterprise Antonini is responsible for delivering the annealing lehrs. Specialist inspection equipment has been sourced from IRIS Inspection machines and Tiama, while Ruitai Technology (China) has been contracted to build and install the cold end handling and palletizing equipment. Our furnace has four production lines equipped with high-tech inspection machines for controlled AQL. Each furnace line can produce 100-168 bottles per minutes. Annually, our factory has capacity to produce around 90,000 Mt of glass bottles. With its daily 300MT capacity, our factory produces Finest Quality grade glass bottle sizes ranging from 250 ml to 700 ml.

Working according to the assigned work from Supervisor shift. Checking the equipment in general. Installing the equipment for general work including electrical system work. Working following the daily schedule including general cleaning. Performing preventive maintenance for electrical equipment and machinery at cullet treatment plant and sand washing plant. Troubleshooting for urgent work. Reporting the daily work in daily report to Supervisor. Preparing the spare part of CTP and SWP. Customizing the conveyor belt speed to suit the type of design requirement. Taking care of the bottle coating system. Taking care of lift at the end of production line. Taking responsible for general-maintenance work including internal cullet conveyor. Coordinating with each individual department to participate for the troubleshooting. Carrying out all activities related to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) Any related tasks.
The objective of this role is to manage, supervise, implement, maintain and improve the process of ISO 9001:2015, FSSC 22000 ver 5.1 and ver 6 & related process to control quality management system in line with Quality Management and Food Safety Management System standardization. Responsibilities • Ensure all QMS and FSSC-related policies, procedures and work instructions are documented in a clear, simple and concise manner. • Always reviewing the company Quality Management System (QMS) and Food Safety Management System to ensure its compliance with the requirements of ISO 9001:2015 and FSSC 22000 ver 6.0 standard. • Coordinate and cooperate with internal interested parties to be compliance with the System Management. • Control and maintain the Internal Quality and Food Safety audit, System Management and risk assessment schedule. • Giving awareness of QMS and food safety related (5S, GHP, Personal Hygiene, Hazards, Allergen, PRP) training to all staff properly. • Implement, establish, maintain, and improve the departmental processes in QMS and FSSC. • Arrange the Internal Audit Training (QMS and FSSC) from Outsource trainer. • Able to lead the cross-functional teams and facilitate collaboration to achieve the Quality and Food Safety Goals and Objectives. • Assign the internal auditors at respective area as per plan. • Follow up the Quality and Food Safety KPI Achievement from each individual department and report to General Manager monthly. • Follow up and review the Non-conformity of the product and process and coordinate with team to prepare the proper correction and corrective action. • Arrange the periodical Management Review Meeting for each system. • Follow up the output result from the Management Review Meeting and report to General Manager. • Keep QMS and Food Safety manual and DOC distribution, changes, amendment, and version control up to date for departmental processes properly; List of external DOC. • Ensure Quality Management System processes are established, implemented, and maintained as per QMS • Report to General Manager and “top management” on the QMS performance and where improvements are needed • Ensure that everyone in the organization is aware of customer requirements and others. • Perform other tasks assigned by General Manager and Top Management.
Well versed with the ISO & Food Safety systems (ISO: 9001, 14001, 18001, 22000, 22002) Maintain record and control the library of relevant procedures codes & standards, specification and reference documents within the organization. Maintain procedures for maintaining documents and change control of document. Responsible for the effective and efficient document control of all ISO documents, in accordance with the established procedures. Maintain registers of all receipts and issues or submissions of documents and correspondence. Supports audits for Quality Assurance, internal technical reviews, client reviews and ISO Standard Audit. Coordinate all activities related to the Document Controller Procedure, including technical document. Input document data into the standard registers ensuring that the information is accurate and up to date. Maintain the full flow / control of documents as per ISO standard within the organization. File documents in physical and digital records. Maintain confidentiality around sensitive information and terms of agreement.
Need to be able to use System and its process. Able to do Data Entry and analysis jobs for transport logistics and delivery to customers (per daily basics). have to work overtime as per operational needs and must be able to work duty. Prepare monthly/weekly/daily delivery reports to monitor delivered volume vs sales ordered volume. Perform Good receiving and Good issue processes in D365. Prepare Distribution reports and track packaging materials in customer WH. Communicate with suppliers and customers for reverse and return logistics. Able to oversee all operation processes internally with cross-functional departments. Must be willing to assist with any assigned job according to requirements. Have to monitor delivery status with route plan on live.
Maintain a safe work environment by following standards and procedures and complying with legal regulations & ensuring Hygiene & Cleanliness are maintained at the workplace. Ensure at the beginning of the Shift, get the information on the previous results, any outstanding issues & any upcoming events. And ensure the right information has been passed to the reliever. Read the specifications carefully & ensure the availability of the Gauges in the line. Ensure that the hourly sampling is being done for the Glass Bottles as per the set Quality Checks (Weight, Rub Test, etc.) & report non-conformances to the Product Selection Supervisor and at the same time communicate the same to the Hot End for the Rectifications & follow up till the defect is rectified. Ensure the right cavity no. is rejected in lehr/MNR for the non-conforming product. And also ensure the right cavity is being rejected while resorting an on-hold pallets. Liaise with the Product Selection Supervisor/or Shift Lead to determine the acceptability of products produced. Follow up with the CE Tech Team for defects set up which an inspection machine has the capability to reject. Time to time validate the bottles being rejected by the Inspection Machines and Sighters by performing the rejection analysis and update. Ensure the presence in line at all times and follow up on the break times as per the schedule provided. Follow the Company’s Rules and Regulations at the factory premises. Ensure the defect free product as per the customer specifications. Ensure the proper functioning of the process & inspection machines. In case of any abnormality inform to Cold End Tech Team person & re- check till machine performance is as per the requirement.. Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and FSMS ISO 22000 standards for Quality and Food Safety Systems. Work Closely with other QA Lab/QA Line/CE Tech. and Hot End Operators & encourage teamwork to support the business needs. At the end of the shift, ensure proper communication is being done with the reliever. Ensure the right cavity is being rejected (Manual Sorting/MNR Rejection) for the resorted pallets & is recorded. Assume any other duties as may be assigned from time to time.
Position - Quality Control Supervisor Location - Thanlyin, Yangon, Myanmar The objective of this role is to specify the roles and responsibilities of a Quality Control Supervisor so as to meet the organizational objectives and train to Quality Inspector. Responsibilities Maintain a safe work environment by following standards and procedures and complying with legal regulations & ensuring Hygiene & Cleanliness are maintained at the workplace. Observe running of Online Inspection equipment's and inform concerned maintenance department for stoppages. Check the packaging material quality and should be free of Contamination and free from any infestation of Molds/Pests/Fungi/Termites/Bugs and report if there any such findings to the Product Selection Supervisor for their segregation Liaise with the Product Selection Lead/or Shift Manager for any non-conformances for the resolution of it. Ensure that the proper packaging material is used as per the Packing Specification Sheet. For any non-conformance in the packing. Ensure that the defect challenge samples are tested for every 02 hours in the inspection machines & recorded. To liaise with the Cold End Engineer to re-set up if not rejected. Ensure Rejected bottle analysis is done timely by the line QCs. If any false rejections communicate the same to Cold End Tech. Team to fix it. Work Closely with QA/QC/Cold End Tech./Shift Lead & encourage teamwork to support the business needs. Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and FSMS ISO 22000 standards for Quality and Food Safety Systems. Follow the Company’s Rules and Regulations at the factory premises. Ensure the sampling of the bottles is done timely by the QA Line & QA Lab & follow up with the Shift Lead for corrective actions. At the end of the shift, ensure proper communication is being done with the reliever. Also ensure the Bottle Rejection Report/Shift Report is been released at the end of the shift. Other activities as deemed fit to support overall Quality Excellence programs

Customers with queries about products, orders and deliveries and provide support for sales team to be smooth Prepares, organizes and manages customer quotes and contracts. Ensure existing contracts are updated and administered. Administer and maintain customer inventory agreements. Administer pricing policies as determined by sales and finance executives. Works closely with internal teams to solve problems and respond to customer requests and questions. Responsible for handling escalated phone calls, complaints, and other situations. Develops relationships with customers. Respond to RFQs by generating quotations and proactively making outbound follow up calls regarding status of pending projects. Maintain quotation database to ensure consistent and timely monitoring of projects. Responsible for driving projects to completion. Maintain and organize all quote documentation with accurate pricing and configurations. Support the preparation of proposals to customers. Prepares reports for decision making.
