Planning Manager is responsible for managing the short-term and long-term operation of plant operations, including supply chain, planning, and continuous improvement. Working across key functions to build key stakeholder alignment and gain management approval for the operation plan.

Business Strategy Planning

• To develop an effective strategy and business plan for the company consistent with the company’s vision to ensure that its aspiration is accomplished on time.
• Develop consolidated plans for the company to analyze the overall business plan and provide direction to the company.
• Control and monitor business strategy plan formation and implementation to ensure alignment with policies, standards, procedures, and guidelines as well as corporate plan and strategy under specified target and timeline.
• Manage finished goods inventory and inventory levels and implement inventory management systems to optimize finished goods availability and reduce storage costs.
• Analyzing finished goods needs and establishing short-term and medium-term supply forecasts.
• Develop, maintain and update new product development processes to ensure new products are available to be introduced and commercialized as per sales demand.
• Support management for Ad-Hoc project as assigned.

• Bachelor's degree or above or an MBA, Engineering or equivalent degree.
• Professional qualification in finance and management skill is preferred.
• At least 7 years working experience and 3 years in investment related business experience is preferred
• Ability to work independently and multi-task oriented.
• Strong analytical skills, communication skills (listening, written and verbal) as well as interpersonal skills ​
• Strong project management skill.
• Computer skills: MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) ​
• Good leadership skills and willing to work both independently and as a team.
• Cost accounting skills and ability to understand financial statements.
