Search potential internal and external business opportunities daily via any accessible link. Assist and organize all sections of business proposals that need to be reviewed and consolidated where appropriate. Assist and organize business development and operations of some opportunities as needed. Follow up any updates on engaged opportunities and report to HOD and Sr Associates. Process Payment Order (PO)/ Bank Guarantee (BG) for business proposal when applicable. Arrange meetings and organize workshops/events/seminars as required. Research and analyze business opportunities and related issues where necessary. Report HOD daily.
Calculating, recording, inputting or processing financial data Preparing customer invoices based on accounting procedures Researching and investigating discrepancies in invoices to determine the accuracy of charges Matching payments to invoice numbers or sales orders Handling customer inquiries regarding billing issues Managing an Accounts Receivable ledger and Accounts Receivable files Submitting daily reports to management on accounts receivable operations Maintaining customer accounts Working with a billing system generating invoices Collecting payments Posting receipts in a timely manner Securing revenue Applying fair credit practices Processing credit memos and refunds Raising and sending invoices to customers Posting payments to customer accounts Tracking overdue invoices and following up on them
Provide first-line technical support to end-users via phone, email, or in person. Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network connectivity issues for desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment. Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, software applications, and peripheral devices. Assist in the setup and maintenance of network infrastructure, including switches, routers, and wireless access points. Collaborate with other members of the IT team to escalate and resolve complex technical issues. Create and maintain documentation of IT systems, procedures, and user guides. Assist in the planning and implementation of IT projects, such as software upgrades and system migrations. Stay updated on the latest technologies, tools, and best practices in the field of IT support.
Provide support for the day-to-day operation and maintenance of servers, networks, and other IT infrastructure components. Assist in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network connectivity issues for end-users. Participate in the planning, design, and implementation of IT infrastructure projects, including server upgrades, network expansions, and cloud migrations. Implement security best practices to protect IT assets from cyber threats, including configuring firewalls, implementing access controls, and performing security audits. Maintain accurate documentation of system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides. Collaborate with other members of the IT team to resolve issues and implement solutions. Stay updated on the latest technologies, tools, and best practices in the field of system engineering.
Assist in the design and implementation of network infrastructure, including switches, routers, firewalls, and wireless access points. Provide support for the day-to-day operation and maintenance of network systems, including monitoring network performance, troubleshooting network connectivity issues, and applying software updates and patches. Assist in the configuration and management of network security measures, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and VPNs, to protect against cyber threats. Collaborate with other members of the IT team to plan and execute network infrastructure projects, such as network upgrades, expansions, and migrations. Maintain accurate documentation of network configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides. Stay updated on the latest networking technologies, trends, and best practices to continuously improve network performance and security.
Ensure that Technical Support Services calls and inquiries are answered in a timely, efficient, and knowledgeable manner. Installing and configuring Hardware and Software. Monitoring and maintaining managed projects’ system services. Liaise with various support teams to resolve incidents and requests. Compiling daily job reports. Providing technical support on-site or via remote access to diagnose software, networking, or hardware issues. Repairing hardware malfunctions, software issues, and networking problems. Ensure data is handled, transferred, or processed according to company guidelines. Co-operation with internal departments to resolve incidents and requests. Ability and willingness to provide on-call support as needed including after office hours and weekends. Maintaining good client relations.
