• Provide support for the day-to-day operation and maintenance of servers, networks, and other IT infrastructure components.
• Assist in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network connectivity issues for end-users.
• Participate in the planning, design, and implementation of IT infrastructure projects, including server upgrades, network expansions, and cloud migrations.
• Implement security best practices to protect IT assets from cyber threats, including configuring firewalls, implementing access controls, and performing security audits.
• Maintain accurate documentation of system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
• Collaborate with other members of the IT team to resolve issues and implement solutions.
• Stay updated on the latest technologies, tools, and best practices in the field of system engineering.
