Ensure the smooth implementation of the various laboratory tests in this shift, ensure the accuracy and timelines of the inspection data and cooperate with the monitor to do the work of the team. Handover of shifts every day, a comprehensive inspection of the previous shift records, work completion etc. and timely suggestions for problems found. Must be interested and love the job and obey the arrangement of the supervisor. Sampling and testing the samples and finished products in the workshop in strict accordance with the operating procedures. Reasonable management of all raw materials, reserved samples for delivery and controlled samples. Preparation and management of samples required by export and local sale. Coordinate with the work of production workshops, warehouse and other positions and report to the next level the problems that cannot be solved in the work. Thoroughly clean the laboratory (including floor, operating table, equipment, etc before get off work every day. Completing other tasks assigned by the leader.
Audit and check cash, bank transactions, receipts, and payments with supporting documents. Verify inventory purchases, supplier payables, and goods received records. Review production usage, store balances, and physical stock counts. Check labor usage, expenses, and payroll payments. Audit sales invoices, debtor receipts, and advance payment clearances. Review cost, budget, and financial analysis reports. Identify audit findings and follow up with relevant departments. Report results to the Financial Audit Supervisor. Assist and report to the Internal Audit Supervisor regarding operational and financial matters. Coordinate with accountants to ensure accurate and reliable financial reporting. Recommend improvements to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness. Support external auditors during organizational audits. Provide assistance to management in audit-related and other assigned projects.

Handle end-to-end recruitment process for all entities, with a focus on WMRL and WMRKL. Manage employee requisitions, candidate sourcing (via job portals, agencies, social media, referrals, etc.), screening, interview scheduling, reference checks, offer negotiations, medical checkup and onboarding. Coordinate with relevant departments for timely onboarding arrangements. Regularly update and maintain the organization charts of WMRL and WMRKL to reflect current reporting structures and staffing. Prepare and manage employment contracts for regional staff involved in new projects, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal policies. Conduct analysis and comparison of employee insurance plans. Oversee the insurance purchasing and payment processes. Manage claims for accident and death cases in coordination with insurance providers and internal teams. Track probation periods and facilitate timely assessments and confirmation procedures for new employees. Coordinate and arrange all necessary preparations for recruitment events such as JobNet job fairs, in-house job fairs, and university career fairs including the design and printing of pamphlets, preparation of giveaway items for candidates, event booth decoration and other arrangements. Support and engage in wellbeing initiatives such as Zumba classes, seminars, and other staff enrichment activities. Conduct exit interviews and compile reports to identify reasons for employee resignations and provide feedback for improvement. Assist in the preparation and presentation of data and insights for quarterly recruitment review meetings.
Lead a team of mechanical technicians or workers in the maintenance, repair, and installations of mechanical equipment. Supervise equipment inspections, preventive maintenance, and breakdown repairs. Oversee mechanical aspects of projects, ensuring timelines and budget constraints are met. Coordinate mechanical works with other departments, such as electrical and civil engineering teams. Identify and resolve mechanical issues promptly to minimize downtime. Manage the inventory of mechanical tools, parts, and equipment. Train new employees and existing staff on mechanical procedures, safety standards, and proper equipment usage.
