Coordinate and lead the team. Arrange the machine, material and work flow in the production process according to the plan.
Ensure that the raw materials, manpower and equipments are effectively used by team members, and reduce waste to ensure the quality of products;
Ensure to finish the production task on time according to the plan;
Ensure the production is cost effective, estimate cost and set the quality standard
Solve the problems in the production process in time;
Be responsible for the performance appraisal and management of production staff to realize the reasonable allocation of human resources;

Bachelor degree in operation management or engineering field.
