  • Develop policies and coordinates human resources activities, such as employment, compensation, labor relations, benefits and training
  • Plan, organize and control all activities of HR department
  • Analyze wage and salary reports and data to determine competitive compensation plan
  • Consult legal counsel to ensure that policies comply with government law
  • Support management by providing human resources advice, counsel, decisions and analyzing information and applications
  • Take accountability for the development and delivery of overall HR activities including strategy, recruitment and selection , training , rewards systems, succession and communication to ensure the achievement of organizational goals and objectives
  • Coordinate with branch offices to ensure that the strategic HR plans are successfully implemented
  • Nurture a positive working environment
  • Perform other incidental and related duties as required and assigned

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

  • Any graduate with HR diploma or MBA is preferable
  • Age between 35 to 50
  • Minimum 10 years’ experience in managerial level of HR field
  • Active, result-oriented, strong negotiation skills and highly disciplined
  • Must have good English skills and MS office
  • Willingness to work in challenging working conditions and under pressure
