Ensure all services meet or exceed customer expectations. Prepare cost estimates and pricing for catering packages (coordinate with the Finance Department and Inno Lab) Manage catering budgets, control costs, and ensure profitability (coordinate with the Procurement and Central Kitchen Team) Track procurement and ensure optimal use of food and supplies Ensure compliance with health, hygiene, and safety standards (e.g., HACCP). Maintain cleanliness and sanitation across all catering facilities and equipment Maintain accurate records of events, client feedback, expenses, and staff performance. Report operational challenges and propose improvements to senior management. Collaborate with kitchen staff, procurement, and marketing teams.
Aircon ACMV and Refrigerator, M&E F&B issues must be handled. Prepare Checklist control and weekly , monthly report The duties must be completed within the specified time. Check with CK and shops according to schedule
All stores should inspect and repair copper gas stoves, cooking pot gas stoves, and Chinese gas stoves according to the Maintenance Checklist, and if the grill gas stove needs to be inspected and repaired, contact the supplier. To provide necessary advice to ensure progress for all levels of positions under the department, expedite work completion, and supervise to minimize workplace hazards. To assess the electrical lines in all stores and reduce the occurrence of breakdown maintenance. To inspect and repair gas lines in shops for leaks. To ensure that M&E related equipment in stores is implemented in a timely manner according to the schedules set by the M&E department. To inspect the shops within the specified date according to the Inspection Check List Schedule. If new stores are opened, cooperate with your superiors on matters related to connecting with external contractors. If there are any issues or unusual events regarding M&E Maintenance that cannot be fixed, please report them to your superior in a timely manner. To coordinate and implement necessary M&E related maintenance activities based on the recommendations of the Technical Engineer. Submit the M&E Maintenance Report to your superior on time every month.
