Position Summary: We are looking for an Advertising Account Manager who has strong media background, strong relationships with clients, connecting with key business executives, answering client queries and identifying new business opportunities among existing clients.
Job Description
• Developing a solid and trusting relationship between major clients and company
• Resolving client issues, requests and complaints
• Managing communications between clients and internal teams
• Developing communication strategy, media strategy and planning to meet clients’ objectives
• Negotiating contracts with client and establishing timeline of performance
• Preparing and checking media plans & proposals, overseeing rates and fees applied
• Establishing and overseeing internal budgets with the company and external budgets with the client
• Working with internal department teams of media, creative, production, public relations and respective team members dedicated to the same client account to ensure the client needs and expectations are met
• Collaborating with team to maximize profit by up-selling or cross-selling
• Planning and presenting reports on account progress, goals, and quarterly initiatives to share with team members, stakeholders, and possible use in future case studies or company training
• Meeting all client needs and deliverables according to proposed timelines
• Analyzing client data to provide customer relationship management
• Expanding relationships and bringing in new clients
