Summary of Job Description

  • Monitoring product penetration and customer reactions through focus groups and market research.
  • Seeking out new marketing opportunities that fit with the products and maximizing all opportunities for growth
  • Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers in person and via telephone calls and emails
  • Doing cold-calling to new customers from directory books, and responding to incoming email and phone enquiries
  • Selling products by developing rapport with the potential customers from business and corporates, and recommending solutions.
  • Maintaining relationships with customers by providing support, information, and guidance.
  • Researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements for the company.
  • Identifying opportunities for product innovation by remaining current on industry trends, and having an in-depth understanding on the competitors.
  • Preparing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
  • Maintaining quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
  • Reviewing sales performance to meet and exceed the assigned targets
  • Making accurate, rapid cost calculations and providing customers with quotations
  • Experienced in seeking for potential customers.

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

𝐏𝐨𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐫𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:

  • Bachelor degree and Dip of Business Management, or related.
  • At least three to five years of working experience in the Telecom industry.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Good communication skills, strong initiative and teamwork spirit, and good resource coordination and collaboration capabilities.
  • Business Proficiency in English; fluent in Burmese
