This position is required to expand the sales footprint, support and manage the sales channels and market preserve through distributor management.

• Meeting the budgeted sales targets for Myanmar
• Support distributors through technical and product training and work along with distributors.
• To constantly strive to increase market share in various business segments.
• Developing and expanding network in market
• Establish and maintain good personal rapport with major account holders.
• Engage and update dealers and distributors on regular basis through periodic formal product communication sessions and frequent informal interactions.
• Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, sales program, and update the report as monthly basis.
• Implement policies/ plans of the company to achieve business plans.
• Gather market intelligence on competitor activity.
• Capture end-user requirements and prioritize product mix for sales and marketing activities.
• Drive dealer and end-user loyalty.
• Support various survey and data generation activity for business planning.
