Health Glory Company Limited is seeking a dynamic and experienced Accountant to join our Finance and Accounting department. This position will manage financial transactions, ensure accurate records, and handle accounts payable and general ledger reconciliations. The role will also support the preparation of financial and management reports

.Ensure timely and accurate payments to vendors and suppliers, and reconcile accounts payable ledger while preparing month-end reports.

• Record petty cash transactions and bank entries accurately in the accounting software. • Monitor daily expenses, cash transfers, and ensuring compliance with documentation requirements.

• Perform general ledger reconciliations, analyzing and resolving any discrepancies to ensure accurate financial records.

• Supporting external audits and providing necessary documentation

• Participate in quarterly Fixed Asset-taking exercises to ensure the accuracy of asset records.

• Ensure the accuracy and completeness of all general ledger transactions.

• Contribute to special projects and other duties as assigned by the Team Leader

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a closely related field.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively across all levels of the department.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to handle complex data analysis and reporting
