An Exciting Opportunity for ...

  • Coordinate and arrange logistics for internal events such as Townhalls, meetings, and trainings (venue booking, equipment setup, refreshments, etc.)
  • Prepare meeting materials, and follow up on post-event actions or feedback
  • Answer and route incoming telephone calls efficiently; take messages or redirect as needed
  • Support day-to-day operations, including document filing, printing, and correspondence management
  • Maintain office supply levels and place orders when required
  • Assist in scheduling and calendar coordination for team members
  • Handle internal communication support, including drafting notices, memos, and announcements
  • Carry out additional tasks as assigned by the Supervisor and ensure timely completion

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

  • Diploma or bachelor’s degree in administration, Business, or related fields
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in administrative or office support role
  • Event coordination and planning (especially Townhall or corporate events)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with proactive and detail-oriented attitude 
  • Good time management and organization skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Intermediate English skills preferred

Disclaimer:

This position is a fixed-term contract role for 1 year (with the possibility of annual extension depending on operational needs) and will be employed under our outsourcing partner. As an outsourced employee, you will perform your duties and responsibilities as outlined above while being under the management and payroll of our outsourcing partner. This arrangement ensures alignment with company objectives while offering a structured and clear employment agreement.
