  • Assistant in payroll preparation by providing attendance and leave data.
  • Help Organize employee engagement , training adn development activities 
  • Manage office supplies , stationery adn inventory 
  • Handle correspondence , filing adn document management 
  • Coordinate travel adn logistics arrangements for staff when required.
  • Provide administrative support to management adn other departments 
  • Assist in organizing meetings , workshops adn company events 
  • Ensure smooth day to day office operations
  • Ability to liaise with goverment offices ( SSB , Labour Office , City Development Committee ) for company - related matters

  • Any Graduated 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 
  • Strong negotiation and communiction skills 
  • Must have at least 1 year of experince related field .
  • Age between ( 20 to 35) years
  • Priority will be given to candiates residing in or near  Sout Oakalapa Township.
