Assist and arrange for all vehicles, drivers and other operational tasks
Submit and reconcile expense reports
Prepare and monitor Quotations, invoices
Manage insurance renewals, claims, and related documentation.
Manage day-to-day office operations, including maintaining office supplies, handling
Coordinate hotel accommodation and travel arrangements for staff, including booking air tickets
Arrange for the Lunch Menu for the staff
Perform other duties as assigned by the manager

Any Graduate
At least 2 years’ relevant experience required.
Can be use Office Application -Excel, Word, PowerPoint & Email
Able to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
Strong problem-solving skills and a high level of interpersonal communication.
Friendly, polite, and works well with others.
(Location priority - Thingankyun,Tharkayta, South Dagon and South Okkalar)
