* Supervise the building management such as renovation and repairing works of head office and branches
* Be in charge of fleet management and managing the vehicle drivers/vehicle repairing cost control
* Ensure daily operations run smoothly by dealing with all cross departments, solving the complaints and request forms from cross departments
* Supervise the license/insurance renewal, getting new license and ensure government regulations and safety standards are followed properly
* Getting the stay permit and some other immigration documentation needed for expatriate (foreigner) staffs
* Monitor inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new material with attention to budgetary constraints
* Managing the Canteen/office kitchen/reception counter
* Organize and supervise other office activities (recycling, waste product management, ferry transportation, event planning etc.)
* Supervise Information Technology (IT) works (CCTV/Telephone system/networking) by liaising with IT Technician
* Having knowledge of PPE/HSE to liaise and setting out policy with factory personnel
* Supervise the maintenance team by having knowledge of M & E and fire fighting system
* Complete special projects such as renovation and mini construction works by dealing with suppliers and contractors
* Provides accurate reference by developing and utilizing filing and retrieval systems
* Achieves financial objectives by anticipating requirements; submitting information for budget preparation; scheduling expenditures; monitoring costs; analyzing variances
* Partner with HR to maintain office policies as necessary
* Performs related work as required

* Minimum 5 years in related field with proven experience of Admin Manager
* Minimum Bachelor degree
* Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritizes work
* Excellent problem solving skills
* Strong verbal, written, organizational, planning and interpersonal skills
* Proficiency in MS Office
* Good English 4 skills
* Prefer Chinese (Mandarin) as second language
* Must be able to work in Hlaing Tha Yar Industrial Zone
* Prefer experience of Admin Manager in Factory background
