Key Responsibilities
A. Administrative Management
Supervise daily operations across key areas such as housekeeping, maintenance, and security.
Ensure the hospital environment meets cleanliness, safety, and healthcare operational standards.
Manage procurement and inventory of office and non-clinical medical supplies.
Coordinate vendor management and streamline procurement processes.
Ensure timely renewal of licenses, permits, and compliance-related documentation.
Collaborate with internal departments to resolve facility and operational issues.
Prepare regular reports and dashboards for senior management.
B. Human Resources Support
Assist in workforce planning and support recruitment processes.
Maintain accurate employee records, contracts, and leave data.
Organize onboarding and orientation programs for new hires.
Monitor employee attendance, discipline, and performance-related matters.
Support training, development, and internal HR initiatives.
Ensure alignment with labor laws and hospital HR policies.
Organize staff engagement and welfare activities.

Qualifications & Skills
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
Experience: At least 2–3 years in administration or HR, preferably in a hospital or healthcare environment.
Key Skills
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
Good knowledge of labor law and healthcare compliance
Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR software (e.g., HRIS)
Ability to multitask and manage sensitive situations professionally
