Location - Thilawa- Able to handle other duties assigned by management- Complete the Admin requirements by scheduling , assigning employees and following up the results- Manages the construction phase of the development process- Manage the day-to-day operations of a variety of office services to ensure the organization’s administrative needs- Supervise & manage daily maintenance operations with time schedule & effectiveness.
- Create daily plans for maintenance schedules & appoint maintenance staff for each task.- Prepare the monthly and weekly report.- Schedules and coordinates of all office administration related projects.- Responsible for other duties are assigned by Management.

- Age above 30 ~ 50 years- Any Bachelor Degree holder- Minimum 3 years experiences in related field- Strong analytical and problem solving skills- Must have computer (word / excel)- Can work under pressure.
