Middle management position that requires very good time-management, organisational skills and communications skills. Will also be interacting with foreign and international team members.
The role will challenge the person on operations and management skills and for those willing to learn, enhance their existing skills in this area.
Required work scope:
- Oversee receptionists and their day to day tasks
- Involved in internal and external communication matters (announcements to teaching staff, parents, etc.)
- Manage maintenance schedules, cleaning schedules, keep check of all several job scopes.
- Checking inventory and stock and signing off purchase orders
- Other administrative duties
