  • Process sales orders accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics team to ensure timely delivery of generators to customers.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide information about product and services.
  • Communicate with customers to confirm order details, delivery schedules, and address any concerns or issues.
  • Assist the sales team in preparing and organizing sales presentations and proposals.
  • Maintain and update customer databases and sales records.
  • Collaborate with the finance department to ensure accurate and timely invoicing.
  • Organize and maintain electronic and physical sales files.

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a sales administrator or similar role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
