  • ပစ္စည်းဝယ်ယူခြင်းအတွက် Supplier များရှာဖွေနိုင်ရမည်။
  • Phone Bill, Internet Bill,မီတာဘေ,ရုံးအခွန်အခ များပေးဆောင်နိုင်ရန် စီစဉ်ပေးရမည်။
  • ၀ယ်ယူခြင်းဆိုင်ရာ payment process များဆောင်ရွက်ရမည် ။
  • လစဥ် ဌာန၏ Budget Plan ပြင်ရမည်။
  • ၁ လတာ အသုံးစရိတ်များအား လချုပ်စာရင်းတင်ပြပေးရမည်။
  • ကား လိုင်စင်သက်တမ်းတိုးခြင်း၊ ဆီအသုံးစာရင်းများ တွက်ချက်ရမည်။
  • နေ့စဥ် ကားများစစ်ဆေးရမည်။  (ကီလို /GPS /သန့်ရှင်ရေး)
