Develop admin forms, letters, documents for employees and customers.
Manage and control office data, records, documents and materials.
Cooperate with other departments (HR, Account, Engineering, etc) and work as assigned.
Direct and manage the activities of subordinates.
Develop and update rules and regulations, policies and standard procedures for the whole company.
Provide feedback, input and update any irrelevant or outdated activity or documents or policies.
Report and keep in touch with "Country Manager".
Assess subordinates' performance for reward or punishment.

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

3 to 5 years of experience on admin manager role.
Ability to communicate effectively in English.
The work requires knowledge of the policies, procedures, and regulations of administrative and departmental programs, and supervisory
techniques.
Decision making and problem solving in a fast working environment is required.
HR knowledge is preferred.
Telecom knowledge is preferred.
