Position Summary:
The Admin Officer – Import & Government Affairs is responsible for coordinating all government-related documentation and regulatory processes related to import activities. This includes managing FDA import licenses, liaising with relevant government agencies, and ensuring full compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
Job Description:
Prepare, submit, and follow up on FDA and Import licenses, as well as related documentation.
Liaise with government agencies such as the FDA, Customs Department, and Ministry of Commerce.
Coordinate with suppliers, logistics, and internal teams to ensure timely approval of import-related permits.
Maintain accurate records of all import licenses, approvals, and renewals.
Track and ensure compliance with local import laws and regulatory updates.
Handle correspondence and documentation required by government bodies.
Support audits or inspections by regulatory authorities.
Provide administrative support related to import and compliance tasks.
Assist in the preparation of reports and summaries related to import and licensing activities.
